Privacy

This page is about the website pantekton.app. Each product has its own privacy policy, published on the product's site (for Pingente, at pingente.app/privacy/).

What this site collects

• No account, no form, no cookie. The site is static. Nothing you type here is stored, because there is nowhere to type.
• Audience measurement without identifiers. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, pages, countries and browsers. It sets no cookie and keeps no identifier of you or your device, so it cannot tell whether you came back. It is a measurement of the site, not of you.
• Your theme and language choice are kept in your own browser (local storage), only so the site remembers them. They never leave your device.
• Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes the technical data any web request carries (IP address, request headers) to deliver the pages and to protect against abuse, under its own terms.

E-mail

If you write to [email protected] or [email protected], we keep the exchange for as long as it is needed to answer you and to keep a record of what was agreed. Messages are received through Cloudflare Email Routing and read in Google Workspace. We do not add you to any list.

Who is responsible

Pantekton is an independent project run by Camilo Carromeu, in Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil. For anything about your data, write to [email protected]. Brazilian law (LGPD) applies; if you are in the European Union, the GDPR rights of access, correction and erasure apply as well, and the same address is where to exercise them.
